Written invoice controls

Any warranty or workmanship coverage is defined by the written estimate, invoice, manufacturer documentation, and service notes provided for the specific job. Website wording is general information and not a universal guarantee.

Manufacturer parts

Manufacturer warranties may apply to eligible doors, openers, springs, or replacement parts. Coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures are controlled by the manufacturer.

Limitations

• Damage from misuse, impact, weather, flooding, electrical issues, pests, or structural movement may be excluded.
• Continued use of a known damaged door may void or limit coverage.
• Existing unrelated parts are not automatically covered by a repair to another component.
• Matching older panels, paint, trim, or discontinued parts may not be possible.
